  • What kinds of issues can you fix?

    Our Rent-A-Tech service was designed to resolve all those little tech issues that have been bugging you or piling up in your office. Examples of what we can help you with:

    • A specific computer running slow
    • A printer not printing over the network
    • Slow WiFi
    • Issues with Office programs like Word, Outlook, etc.
    • Researching and selecting the best computer or equipment for a specific need, employee, or project

    It is not intended to be used for larger projects or major problems. If you present a project that the technician believes will take longer than the allotted time for your rent-a-tech day, they will let you know and can provide you an estimate on doing that project in the future.

  • How much does it cost?

    Our Rent-A-Tech program is normally $449, but if you fill out the form above you will get a $100 off coupon, bringing the total to only $349, plus tax.

  • How many hours do I get a technician for?

    You get a technician at your business for 7 hours.

  • Can I split my hours between multiple days?

    No. The Rent-A-Tech program hours are meant to be used in one day.

  • How soon can I schedule my Rent-A-Tech service day?

    Usually within a week. However, the timeline can vary based on our schedule and how busy we are.

  • I'm an existing customer. Can I get this deal?

    This specific offer is for new business customers only. If you're an existing customer in need of a technician for a full business day, please reach out to us and we'll let you know what deal we can offer you.

  • Can my Rent-A-Tech service be done outside of my normal business hours?

    That depends on what your business hours are. We normally work Monday thru Friday from 9am to 6pm. With the Rent-A-Tech program you get a technician on-site for 7 hours.


    Saturdays or other hours during the week may be available at an additional charge. Please contact us if you have specific needs.

  • What if a project isn't finished when my Rent-A-Tech service hours are up?

    The technician will make every effort to finish projects before time is up. They will also work to not start a project that can not be completed before their time is up. Sometimes things outside of our control can effect this, and we'll work with you to produce the best outcome for both parties.

  • Can I book multiple Rent-A-Tech days?

    The Rent-A-Tech program is a one time use per business promotion, for new customers. Additional service afterwards will be at our normal rates.

  • Do I need to give the technician a break?

    We request that you provide our technician with at least a 30 minute break for lunch. Their break will not count against your 7 hours of work.
